Last week-end the weather in Austin was absolutely beautiful, and we decided to check out the annual Kite Festival at Zilker Park. It was pretty cool seeing all the kites flying, but it turned out to be a little too crowded and dusty to enjoy for long. So we decided to take a walk along the hike and bike trail, and stopped to check out the ducks and boats on Town Lake, as well as the beautiful Austin skyline.
It was a good reminder of what a nice place Austin is to live.Until summer arrives, that is.
